After many false starts, the ceasefire in Bosnia finalyl took effect this week. The warring sides haven't exactly stopped fighting, but the number of serious incidents have fallen dramatically. Experts say the American brokered ceasefire has the best chance to succeed in all the agreements since the civil war began almost four years ago.
