"There Are Guidelines For Students' Safety": Education Official On IIT Bombay Suicide
"Every quality institution works in a way to assure there is a safe, secure and cohesive learning environment for the students, there are UGC guidelines to assure the safety of the students', Dr Geeta Bhatt, Director, Non-Collegiate Women's Education Board (NCWEB), University of Delhi, said after an IIT Bombay student died by suicide on Sunday.
