There Is A Need To Mainstream Animal Welfare: Sandeep Sibal, Co-Founder, Explains
Sandeep Sibal, Co-Founder, India Animal Fund joins #FreedomForAll telethon and explains how his organisation helps the cause of animal welfare. Talking about the animal abuse and cruelty in India, at the telethon, he said, "Animal suffering is arguably much greater in terms of scale and intensity as compared to human suffering, we know that the funds that corporates devote to animal welfare is about 1/2 a percent of the funds that are devoted to human welfare. There is a dire need to mainstream animal welfare, and bring it in front."
