The Naga People's Front which is contesting only on less than half the seats in Nagaland this time, is up against the strong BJP-NDPP alliance that has fielded candidates on all 60 seats. Speaking to NDTV, NPF party Chief Shürhozelie Liezietsu said that there may be a surprise twist to the elections after the results are out. Taking a swipe at BJP, he said that saffron party leaders are 'tourists' and the NPP is the only party rooted in Nagaland.
