Aam Aadmi Party, or AAP, chief Arvind Kejriwal, who is campaigning for the party in Gujarat ahead of the state election scheduled later this year, criticised the BJP after his posters were torn by BJP supporters ahead of a rally. Mr Kejriwal, the Delhi Chief Minister, and his counterpart Bhagwant Mann later slammed the BJP for tearing their party's posters in Gujarat. The BJP responded alleging an AAP minister made "anti-Hindu" comments in Delhi during a religious event to convert people into Buddhism. Mr Kejriwal, taking Hindu mythological references, alleged the BJP "insults Gods".
