Thirteen years on, hunt begins for 'rapist' cop
Raped 13 years ago by a former police officer, the trauma still continues for Malli Devi and her husband. 13 years ago she was working in Madhukar Tandon's Noida residence. Her husband, a police constable was employed with Tandon as the DIG's gunman.
