This 7-Year-Old Indian Girl Is The World's Youngest Yoga Instructor
Praanvi Gupta, a resident of Dubai, has become the youngest yoga teacher in the world. The 7-year-old started doing yoga from the age of three and a half years, with her mother who is also a yoga enthusiast. She soon started practicing independently, and also assisted her family and friends in their yoga journey. She then joined a Yoga centre based in Dubai where she trained as an instructor balancing it with her academics. The Guinness World Record said Praanvi Gupta was 7 years and 165 days old when she was verified as the world's youngest yoga instructor (female). (Video Credit: PTI)
