"This Is A Staged Surrender, Staged Arrest": Digvijaya Singh On Gangster's Arrest
Senior Congress leader and Rajya Sabha MP Digvijaya Singh tells NDTV that gangster Vikas Dubey's arrest in Madhya Pradesh's Ujjain was a "staged surrender, staged arrest" and demanded a judicial enquiry into the matter. "Don't think MP police can be given any credit for this kind of an arrest. I demand a judicial enquiry," he said.
