A 2,500-acre solar power plant at Kamudhi in Tamil Nadu, run by Adani Green Energy, is touted to be the world’s largest solar power plant at a single site. It generates 648 megawatt AC power, lighting up 2.6 lakh homes. It has generated a total of 840 crore units of electricity since its launch. NDTV’s Sam Daniel brings this exclusive ground report.
