Rahul Gandhi today took a dig at Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Clean India campaign, deriding it as a photo-op. "On one hand, roads are being cleaned in photo-ops and on the other hand, poison is being spread," he said at a Congress conclave in Delhi to mark the 125th birth anniversary of Jawaharal Nehru, India's first prime minister. "The Congress is the only party that has the strength to fight this," Mr Gandhi told thousands of party workers.
