Tibetan Leader Says Dalai Lama Video Was "Edited" To Malign His Reputation
The video of the Dalai Lama kissing a child on his lips was doctored to malign the reputation of the spiritual leader, said Jigme Ugen, former president of the Minnesota chapter of Tibetan Youth Congress. "People are watching a 20-second edited video clip with pervasive descriptions, turning an act of kindness, a jovial, cultural prank, and grandfatherly affection into something lustful and some immoral," he said.
