Tightened Security at RG Kar Medical College Amid Student Protests
Following the brutal sexual assault and murder of a PGT doctor on August 9, security has been significantly enhanced outside RG Kar Medical College in Kolkata, where students are protesting. A CISF team is set to be deployed later today, as part of measures to ensure safety and prevent violence against medical professionals, in line with the Supreme Court's directives.
