Time not ripe for demilitarisation: Army commander
The PDP, led by Mufti Mohammad Sayeed, may be demanding demilitarisation but the Northern Army commander, in charge of operations in Jammu and Kashmir, has said the time is not ripe for reducing troops from the state.
