Tin Bigha Corridor: Where Bangladeshi Citizens Can Enter India Without Visa & Passport
Tin Bigha Corridor is a unique border where Bangladeshi citizens can enter Indian soil without any visa and passport. The land was been given as a passage to Bangladesh on 99-year lease to connect mainland Bangladesh to Bangladeshi Enclave in an agreement between the government of India and Bangladesh during the regime of Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. Around 19 km² of Bangladeshi land is inside Indian territory, locked from all sides.
