To BJP's Emergency Jab, Congress' Constitution Counter
To counter the Opposition's Constitution narrative during the first Parliament session, BJP leaders led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi today put out social media posts to mark the 50th anniversary of the Emergency imposed by the Indira Gandhi. The congress hit back accusing the PM of enforcing an "undeclared emergency" in the last 10 years. Congress president M Kharge said the prime minister is raking up the past only to hide his failures.
