To Keep Alive Memory Of Son, Parents Place QR Code On His Tombstone

To keep the memory of their son alive, the parents of Dr Iwin Francis placed a QR code on his tombstone. Anyone who scans the QR code is taken to a specially designed webpage which has videos of Iwin's musical and sports performances. He was only 26 years old when he died in 2021 after collapsing while playing badminton. Iwin was known to create profiles of people accessible via QR codes, so when he died, his parents decided to create one for him. (Video credit: PTI)
