Tobacco used to woo Vidisha voters
Doctors say chewing tobacco causes cancer, but for politicians, they fetch votes. At least that's how it appears in Vidisha where Congress members are distributing chewing tobacco pouches for free. Coincidentally, the tobacco brand has the same name as the Congress candidate for the Lok Sabha by-poll, Rajshri Singh, and it's great publicity for the party.
