India and Pakistan will face each other at the International Court of Justice in The Hague today over Indian national Kulbhushan Jadhav's death sentence by a Pakistani military court, a move that has worsened already-strained ties between the two countries. The UN's top court was last a battleground for the two countries nearly 18 years ago when Islamabad asked it to intervene over the shooting down of its naval aircraft. The hearing today will be held at the Great Hall of Justice in the Peace Palace at The Hague in Netherlands.
