Neurosurgeon and CNN chief medical correspondent Dr Sanjay Gupta gives us the crucial mindset shift that he uses in his own lifestyle to build healthy habits. Habits that make you feel good today, and can help prevent Alzheimer's tomorrow. "It helps if the motivator is much more current. If I do this for lunch I will feel better by dinner. Our bodies change that quickly," Dr Gupta says. He shares good news with studies on Alzheimer's disease where people with an early onset saw significant improvement by making lifestyle changes for just 20 weeks. "I think if you have had more moderate or severe decline, it is harder at that point to stall or reverse the symptoms," he says on Coffee Break USA with Amrita Gandhi.
