Top Official At International Chamber of Commerce On Shift To Digital In Business

In an exclusive interaction with NDTV, the Secretary General of the International Chamber of Commerce John WH Denton says it is crucial for the world to consider reforms needed in global trade. "The nature of the way in which business is able to trade is so complicated by the need to rely on paper. And we saw that during the Covid period and because you couldn't get people in offices, things just got suffocated," said Mr Denton spotlighting the over reliance on paper and why is it so - lack of standards and the lack of legal enforceability.
