Top ranks in Army witness rebellion
The Indian Army has trouble brewing within its ranks. In an unprecedented mark of discontent, fifteen senior officials have refused to sign up for a mandatory and elite training program to become Generals. The fifteen senior officials are Colonels. They have refused to take the Higher Command Course. They are angry and say at the recent recommendations of the Pay Commission.
