Total 57 Rajya Sabha Seats, 16 Are Contested, Counting Delayed
Counting has been delayed for 16 Rajya Sabha seats after a closely watched daylong contest in four states, marked by cross voting. On 41 seats, candidates were elected unopposed. The election is crucial in view of the Presidential polls next month.
