A traffic policeman from Uttar Pradesh speaks to NDTV about Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Launching staunch attacks on PM Modi, the policeman says, "Our Modiji says he is a chowkidar. Dawood came did a bomb blast and ran away, he was never caught. Vijay Mallya is absconding with Rs 900 crore. Nirav Modi is on the run with Rs 1100 crore." He also said that in spite of this police is only catching poor people without helmets.
