Tragedy and loss for Assam blast victims
The Ganeshguri street in Guwahati has witnessed 19 bomb blasts in the last ten years. But the October 30 blast there have left its residents stunned. "Everyday I go there to shop for vegetables. I was lucky I didn't go that day. In the last 7-8 years I have seen so many blasts, it's like Baghdad," said Sanjib Saikia, resident.
The Talukdars didn't prove to be lucky. They had gone out to shop in the Ganeshguri market for their housewarming feast.
