TRAI to give recommendation for MVNO
The government has allowed intra circle roaming, a condition that will allow the new operator to use the infrastructure of an existing player for enrolling subscribers, of its own, although at a cost. But ironically, the telecom regulator, Nripendra Misra, has been asked to give recommendations for Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO).
