Training The Trainers At Punjab Mata Vidyawati Memorial Trust
With an increase in the number of USHA Silai Schools across India, a need for more quality trainers arose and this was resolved through the Master Trainers initiative. Village level Master Trainers are selected from the group of Silai school teachers. Being a part of the community, the Master Trainers are best placed to provide training in the local language and connect with their trainees.
