Hundreds of Indian students claim they have been taken for a ride by the now infamous Tri-Valley University in Northern California. According to US investigators, the management of the university ran an "elaborate fraud scheme" that netted millions of dollars from foreign students who hoped to become legal immigrants in the United States.
