Trinamool Strongman Sheikh Shahjahan Arrested: Tough Action Or Too Little, Too Late?
Sheikh Shahjahan, at the centre of the Sandeshkhali controversy and a major flashpoint between the BJP and TMC in the state, has been finally arrested. The TMC strongman has 49 cases against him, including that of sexual harassment of women in Sandeshkhali, land grabbing, ration scam, and attacking a team of ED officials. After a major backlash, the TMC was forced to expel Sheikh Shahjahan from the party for six years. On the show tonight, we ask, 'Sheikh Shahjahan arrested, tough action or too little, too late?'
