Trolled Over Old Video Of NPR, P Chidambaram Shoots Back Tweets At BJP | Read
Congress leader P Chidambaram today accused the government of pursuing a "different and dangerous" version of the NPR or National Population Register, a day after the ruling BJP tweeted an old video of him speaking on the NPR when he was Home Minister. "The BJP-led government has a larger and more sinister agenda and that is why the NPR approved by them yesterday is very dangerous and different in terms of the TEXT as well as the CONTEXT of NPR 2010," Mr Chidambaram said in a series of tweets on Thursday.
