Truckers stuck on Surat-Hazira highway
More than 2000 truckers have been stuck on the Surat-Hazira highway for the last five days. And nobody knows when they would reach their destinations, which include plants of India's biggest companies. "We are stuck here for the past five days with no food nor water. I had to reach the Reliance plant at Hazira, now I don't know when and how I would be able to offload the cargo," said Ravi singh, a truck driver.
