In today's episode of US Election Watch, the 2024 presidential election is shaping up to be the closest of the century. The tightest race for the White House in the past 60 years. Recent polls show Kamala Harris leading nationally, with 52% compared to Donald Trump's 48%. In key swing states, Ms Harris also holds a narrow lead with 51% to Ms Trump's 49%. However, since the September 10 debate between Donald Trump and Kamala Harris, polling indicates that while the vice president has gained a slight national edge, the contest remains well within the margin of error and is still too close to call.
