A new plan has been adopted to evacuated the trapped workers due to the fragile conditions of the roof of the tunnel, Secretary of Uttarakhand Government, Ranjeet Kumar Sinha, said. The tunnel project was not about urbanisation, but connectivity, the senior official added.
