Seventeen names have been released by the Uddhav Thackeray-led Shiv Sena, including for four seats in Mumbai. Sangli, which was a dispute between the Congress and the Sena, has now been given to Sena's Chandrahar Patil. Till yesterday, the Congress was keen on this seat - considered a Congress stronghold. The tussle over Mumbai (North West) has been settled with Sena's Amol Kirtikar fielded from the seat. Anil Desai has been announced from Mumbai (South Central). Sanjay Patil is set to contest from Mumbai's northeast which saw a fight between the NCP and the Sena.
