Bike manufacturer TVS Motor has launched an upgraded version of its Victor model. Priced at Rs 40,900 ex-showroom Delhi, the TVS VictorEdge is supposed to serve as a "traffic cutter" as the company likes to put it. While the bike is just an upgrade, the noticeable change is the alloy wheels.
