Twin blasts kill 25 in Rawalpindi

At least 25 people have been killed and 70 injured in two bomb blasts in the Pakistani garrison town of Rawalpindi on Tuesday, adjoining the capital Islamabad. The first blast at the Qasim market apparently targeted a bus carrying defence employees from the Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission.
