Twitter minister Tharoor takes on Modi
There is a new player on the scene in the run up to 2014 social media. The Congress has thus far been wary of entering social media, leaving the field open for the BJP, which is known to be more media savvy. But not anymore. What's more, the Congress has appointed HRD Minister Shashi Tharoor to cross cyber swords with the BJP.
