A day before talks between India and Pakistan are meant to hold crucial talks in Delhi, both countries are exchanging strong recriminations, leaving the dialogue vertiginously placed. Pakistan is "welcome for talks", said Foreign Minister Sushma Swaraj this evening, while making it clear that a dialogue between the National Security Advisers of India and Pakistan cannot include a discussion on Kashmir; nor can Sartaj Aziz, the Pakistani NSA meet Kashmiri separatists in Delhi, the minister said, reasserting that India will not accept a "third party" to the talks.
