Two sentenced to death for tourist's murder
Incredible India's reputation has taken a hit of late with so many attacks on women tourists travelling alone. But in what could act as a deterrent, two taxi drivers accused of raping and murdering an Australian tourist have been sentenced to death. Fifty-nine-year-old Dawn Emelie Griggs had come to India from Hong Kong on the March 17, 2004. She was found murdered near the Indira Gandhi International Airport.
