Two-wheeler volumes pick up in August
Country's largest two-wheeler maker Hero Honda on Monday reported a 26.84 per cent jump in its domestic sales in August at 3,05,516 units, against 2,40,875 units in the corresponding month last year. The cumulative sales for the April-August period this year stood at 14,81,077 units, compared with 12,44,919 units in the corresponding period last year, reflecting a 18.97 per cent growth, the company said in a statement.
