A policeman was caught on camera slapping a young woman in a Ghaziabad police station near Delhi last night. The police allege that the woman and her male friend were found drinking in a parked car. Former top cop Kiran Bedi told NDTV that both the girl and the cops were wrong and need to be dealt with differently.
