'Cowardice, Un-Islamic': Jama Masjid Shahi Imam On Udaipur Killing
A day after a tailor Kanhaiya Lal was brutally murdered by two persons in broad daylight in Udaipur, the Shahi Imam of Jama Masjid Maulana Syed Ahmed Bukhari on June 29 condemned the incident and called it an act of cowardice and non-Islamic, illegal, and inhuman. "Brutal murder in Udaipur has shaken humanity. It's not only an act of cowardice but also non-Islamic, illegal, and inhuman. On behalf of all Indian Muslims, I strongly condemn this," he added.
