UK: Swraj Paul to face suspension from House of Lords?

The Privileges Committee of Britain's House of Lords has recommended suspension for varying periods on three members of Asian-origin including Lord Swraj Paul, despite finding that he had not acted "dishonestly or in bad faith" in claiming certain allowances.
