As evidence emerges of possible civilian killings around Kyiv as the Russian army has pulled back in the face of ferocious resistance from Ukrainian forces, the Foreign Minister of Ukraine has called the killing of civilians in the town of Bucha near the Ukrainian capital a "deliberate massacre".
