Under fire for a long time now on everything from corruption to mis-governance, the Congress' big rally in Delhi on Sunday was meant to be the big show of strength to shake things up. And while party president Sonia Gandhi aggressively took on the opposition and the Prime Minister listed his government's achievements, the question everyone's asking - whatever happened to that larger role as has been reported for Rahul Gandhi.
