The controversial Haryana law mandating 75% reservation for residents of the state in private-sector jobs has been struck down by the Punjab and Haryana High Court, which has termed it unconstitutional. Top jurist and lawyer Aryama Sundaram tells NDTV how the law is unconstitutional.
