Three weeks after it blacklisted former ISRO Chairman G Madhavan Nair and three other space scientists from holding any government position, ISRO has released a report which indicts the former ISRO Chief and three other senior scientists. A committee, set up by the space agency, probing the Antrix-Devas deal says the Rs 1,000 crore deal was riddled with procedural lapses, but there was no loss to the exchequer. The committee has also recommended action against Nair, who has termed the release of the partial report as unfortunate.
