Unmukt Chand blasts bureaucracy in DU
NDTV has sourced the letter which Unmukt Chand wrote to the Vice Chancellor 4 months ago and which categorically shows this entire controversy could have been avoided if the Vice Chancellor of the DU had taken appropriate steps at the beginning. While a personal meeting with the VC was not possible that day, Unmukt said that no one else was willing to help him out, which gave him no option but to run here and there.
