BJP, Samajwadi Party Release UP Manifesto, Promise Free Cylinders

The BJP released its manifesto for UP promising of free electricity (for irrigation purposes) for all farmers and employment to at least one member of each family, free LPG cylinders for women on the occasion of Holi and Diwali. The Samajwadi Party also promised two free cylinders for the poor each year.
