UP govt schoolteachers fail simple test
In Uttar Pradesh, the NDTV crew prepared a test for teachers of government primary schools, teachers who, on paper, hold B Ed qualification or at least a diploma. These are teachers who prepare the future of 2.5 crore young students of the state. NDTV picked 150 of them from 10 districts with a questionnaire.
