Hours after BJP released its manifesto, the Congress released its vision document for Uttar Pradesh today. The Congress has said that it wants 20 lakh jobs for the youth, a new land acquisition law and population-based minority quota. The BJP promises a cow for every poor family in UP, cheap laptops and tablets, a "spiritual Disneyland in Mathura-Vrindavan", and a very strong Lokayukta.
